Thank you for shopping with Made By Sarah Emily! We are committed to delivering your handmade polymer clay earrings and cutters with care. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All items are handmade with love, so please allow 3-5 business days for processing before shipment.
  • Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order items may take 7-10 business days to complete, depending on the complexity of the request.
  • Communication: If online orders will take longer than 3-5 days of processing, you will be notified of this via email and you can cancel your order within 24 hrs of notice, if that will not meet your timeline.
  • Christmas Processing Time: All orders must be placed by December 13, 2024 to arrive by Christmas, additional shipping may apply for rush orders.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for orders more than $12 for domestic orders (within the U.S.), which typically takes 3-7 business days after processing.
  • Standard Shipping: USPS ground advantage and priority mail options for domestic orders (within the U.S.), which typically takes 3-7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Delivery times vary by location.
  • International Shipping: Sorry! We do not ship outside of the USA at this time.

Shipping Carriers

  • We currently use USPS for all shipments. Please allow extra time for delivery during holidays or peak seasons. Tracking information will be provided to you so you know when to expect your package!

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package in real-time. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.

Shipping Delays

  • While we aim to meet our estimated delivery times, delays due to postal service issues, customs, or weather conditions are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with photos of the damage. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • We do not ship internationally at this time, and are not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
